Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen bei EISIN Hockey (eisinhockey.com). Mit Aufgabe einer Bestellung erkennt der Kunde diese Bedingungen an.

1. Produkte

Alle Produkte stehen unter dem Vorbehalt der Verfügbarkeit. Wir behalten uns vor, Produktbeschreibungen zu korrigieren, Änderungen vorzunehmen oder Produkte jederzeit aus dem Sortiment zu nehmen. Sollte ein bestelltes Produkt nach Vertragsschluss nicht mehr verfügbar sein, wird der Kunde informiert und bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden erstattet.

2. Preise

Alle Preise sind in Euro (EUR) angegeben. Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet und ausgewiesen.

3. Bestellungen & Zahlung

Mit Aufgabe einer Bestellung gibt der Kunde ein verbindliches Angebot zum Kauf der ausgewählten Waren ab. Der Kaufvertrag kommt durch unsere Auftragsbestätigung oder durch den Versand der Ware zustande.

Wir behalten uns vor, Bestellungen bei offensichtlichen Preisfehlern, Betrugsverdacht oder tatsächlicher Nichtverfügbarkeit der Ware zu stornieren.

4. Versand

Wir liefern nach Deutschland und in EU-Länder. Angegebene Lieferzeiten sind unverbindliche Schätzungen.

Bei Verbrauchern geht die Gefahr des zufälligen Untergangs oder der zufälligen Beschädigung der Ware mit der Übergabe der Ware an den Kunden oder eine von ihm benannte empfangsberechtigte Person über.

5. Widerrufsrecht

Verbrauchern steht das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen zu. Die Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der separaten Widerrufsbelehrung.

Der Verbraucher darf die Ware prüfen, wie dies in einem Ladengeschäft möglich wäre. Wird die Ware darüber hinaus benutzt, beschädigt oder verändert, kann ein Anspruch auf Wertersatz für einen dadurch entstandenen Wertverlust nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften bestehen.

6. Rücksendungen

Die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung trägt der Kunde, sofern die Ware ordnungsgemäß geliefert wurde und kein Mangel oder Falschlieferung vorliegt.

7. Haftung

Wir haften uneingeschränkt für Schäden aus Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten sowie bei Schäden aus der Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit.

8. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt deutsches Recht. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Landes, in dem der Verbraucher seinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hat, bleiben unberührt.

 

 

 

 

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with EISIN Hockey (eisinhockey.com). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

1. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct product descriptions, make changes, or remove products from our range at any time. If an ordered product is no longer available after the conclusion of the contract, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (EUR). In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The purchase contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or upon shipment of the goods.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or actual unavailability of the goods.

4. Shipping

We deliver to Germany and EU countries. Stated delivery times are non-binding estimates.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer or to a person authorized by the customer to receive them.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details are provided in the separate withdrawal policy.

The consumer may inspect the goods in the same way as would be possible in a physical store. If the goods are used, damaged, or altered beyond what is necessary for inspection, the consumer may be liable for compensation for any resulting loss in value in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

6. Returns

The direct costs of returning goods are borne by the customer, provided that the goods were delivered correctly and there is no defect or incorrect delivery.

7. Liability

We are fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

8. Applicable Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
